I'm thinking it's getting close! I've set a publishing deadline for next Wednesday, but I've decided not to create every illustration myself. Instead, I leave boxes opened for the reader to interpret in a visual manner. In a way, we become a co-author of any book we read, so I'm sure I will include readers' interpretations in the next version of this book.

The observations I share are intended for leaders seeking to lower their levels of anxiety in order to lead effectively.

Each subsequent page is left blank for word-brain interpretations and further questions. For each observation, you are invited to ask yourself, “As a leader, how could this be true for me?”

This is not a book for enticing agreement or disagreement. From leading in the family home to the corporate board room, your answers will entice you in your own experience. Maybe you will be compelled to negate the observation, or disprove it. In this case, opportunity awaits you. Metaphorically speaking, it is an invitation to walk to the other side of the room and see your thoughts from a different angle. In all angles and viewpoints, I see a possible truth…sitting perfectly.
